The lock needs Android's accessibility service. Open Nada → Settings → App lock and tap “Grant” if the permission is missing. Some phone makers switch accessibility services off after an update or to save battery – grant it once more in that case.
On iPhone, Apple's Screen Time does the blocking. Open Nada → Settings → App lock and check under “Blocked apps” that apps are selected. When you open a blocked app, iOS shows its own lock screen – open Nada and log something.
Your purchase belongs to your Apple or Google account, not to the device. Open Nada → Settings → Data → Access → “Restore purchases”, signed in with the account you bought it with.
Nada has no account; your data lives only on the device. To move it: Nada → Settings → Data → Backup → “Save backup”, bring the file to the new phone and tap “Load backup” there.
On top of that, your phone backs the app up by itself if its backup is turned on – Android to Google Drive, iPhone to iCloud.
Nada → Settings → Language & units. Language and units (lb, ft and in or kg and cm) can be set independently.
There is nothing to delete on our side – we have no server that holds your data. More in the privacy policy: https://snugled.com/en/nada/privacy
